I am on level 4383 and I am not getting credit for goals so I can get gold bars. It stopped accumulating suddenly. Anyone else having this issue

We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it has caused. 💔
The Studio has carefully reviewed the issue with diamonds not being credited and, after further investigation, has decided to temporarily disable the feature. Fixing this bug properly will require more time and a deeper investigation to ensure it’s properly resolved.
We know this isn’t the outcome anyone was hoping for, and we sincerely apologize that we weren’t able to fix it more quickly. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have more news to share. 💎

About Collect the Diamonds' Feature, that's very unfortunately as Diamond Diaries Saga Studio Team decide Collect the Diamonds' Feature has still been disabled in this game! We are really so sorry for you and All of Diamond Diaries Hunters are still more patience waiting for these new impossible levels haven't still been tweaked easier and also Collect the Diamonds' Feature has still been disabled in this game yet! ❌💎😞
We still hope Diamond Diaries Saga Studio Team are still trying to fix Collect the Diamonds' Feature Issue and bring Collect the Diamonds' Feature back in this game right now! 🙏🙏🙏

We did playing and passing the latest new levels so... early, so we still don't receiving City Challenge Feature (Episode Race Feature) and more new special features mostly yet but we really don't want more waiting until City Challenge Feature (Episode Race Feature) and more new special features released and we can playing the latest new levels right now. That's still shame! 😥😥😥
If you want to receive City Challenge Feature (Episode Race Feature) and more new special features in this game, you should more patience waiting at least 2 weeks first then you can coming back to continue playing this game when you have still more than 30 new levels left almost to the max level better if you want, then you can seeing and receiving City Challenge Feature (Episode Race Feature) and more new special features as well! 😉

I just passed level 5555 that had the finish line.. since I finished first I was supposed to earn 5 golden bars but I didn't!!!! It's not enough to take away the diamonds??? I do want my five golden bars!!! The 6 golden bars shown were earned before this level

What's the point of having a Jewellers Trial featuring diamond collection when we still can,t collect diamonds. The game makers need to fix this ASAP as the game is getting very tedious if you can't pass levels.

A error happened - the storage diamond zone lost when access the game about 1 hour ago! I restarted many times until now, but I haven’t appeared!
If I remember right, the current target is 400 and I collected about 350.
Please fix, unless I won’t get more golds!😑😞

A few levels ago, I handed over 400 diamonds to Aunt Bernadette. It should be time for another 600-diamond piece of jewelry, but the diamond count is gone! There's nothing beneath my gold bars. I un-installed and reinstalled the app, but it didn't help. (my diamonds still get counted within levels, so I'm guessing this is just a glitch instead of a normal part of gameplay!)
