I am on level 4383 and I am not getting credit for goals so I can get gold bars. It stopped accumulating suddenly. Anyone else having this issue

We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it has caused. 💔
The Studio has carefully reviewed the issue with diamonds not being credited and, after further investigation, has decided to temporarily disable the feature. Fixing this bug properly will require more time and a deeper investigation to ensure it’s properly resolved.
We know this isn’t the outcome anyone was hoping for, and we sincerely apologize that we weren’t able to fix it more quickly. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have more news to share. 💎

Previously Bernadette asked players to collect diamonds to complete a necklace designed by Lucy. The designs required 200 or 400 or 600 diamonds to be collected on unplayed levels. Once the required diamonds were collected, the reward included several boosters. Has this feature been eliminated? My game is up-to-date and I no longer have this feature.

You have a bug !!!!! I allmost finished the new levels and suddenly i eas thrown out off the game when i was back the all new levels were gone???? And now they do not exist at all????

I’m very confused. I’m aware that there is an issue with diamonds being credited and this has been a problem for several weeks.
I usually play on my iPad and have experienced the issue. However I’ve just gone to play on my iPhone which I don’t usually do and the diamond credit function is there!
I’ve checked and the iOS version and game version is the same on both devices. I don’t understand how it can take so long to fix as surely the coding for the game would be the same on both devices?

אני חושבת שמישהו שינה את כללי המשחק ולא מתחשב בשחקנים .כן יש תקלה ולא ניתן לתקן אבל אפשר לתת בונוסים למעבר בין שלבים ולא לגרום לתסכול כי אין לך אפשרות להתקדם כמו בעבר .בכל משחק יש בונוס יומי או מתנה כשעוברים שלב וכאן הכללים השתנו לרעת צד אחד בלבד .אם אתם רוצים להפסיק את המשחק גם זו אפשרות אבל להתעלם מהבעיה זה ממש לא הוגן .

Just a quick update : The diamond's goals are missing problem has been reported flagged and passed on to the team already. Unfortunately, we don’t have a timeline for when they’ll be fixed but the team will reviewing this problem as soon as they can. 😊

Je realise qu au niveau 5418 et d autres tableaux avants les diamants que je recolte ne s accumule plus soit 200 ou 400 ou 600 pour gagner 10 lingots, cest nouveau et pourquoi

Diamond Diaries werkt niet goed meer. Heb vanaf spel 5409 tot 5418 gespeeld, maar krijg geen diamanten meer. Baal hier erg van, omdat ik zo geen hamers meer kan kopen. :-(

Diamond Diaries geeft geen diamanten meer. Dit is al 10 ronde's zo. Baal hier echt van want kan geen hamers kopen zo :-(
