How do I get my game back. I'm on over 5000. I deleted it cuz of the gift box and then reinstall it and it took me back to level 1

If No, that's very unfortunately and sorry as you didn't still connecting to your Facebook / Kingdom Account to save your game progress in this game right now AFTER you did uninstalling then reinstalling this game! 😔

1. After you uninstall then reinstall this game, Click on Save your Progress then Click on Continue with Facebook Account (Connect to your Facebook Account) / Sign Up With Email (Create and Connect to your Kingdom Account).

After you connect to your Facebook / Kingdom Account successfully, then you try following these another steps of how to contact Player Support from this game here! ⬇️😊

2. After you connect to your Facebook / Kingdom Account successfully, Click on Play button.

3. Click on three horizontal lines' button.

4. Click on ❓ button.

5. Tap on the search bar “How can we help?” and Type in “Thanks”, then Press Enter.

6. Select the article “Thanks for reaching out!”

7. Scroll down to the end of it and Tap on "Chat With Us".

7. You ask your game progress lost as you did uninstalling then reinstalling this game due to the gift box issue and send your message to Kingsley.

After you uninstall then reinstall this game, Reopen playing this game, Click on Save your Progress then Login back to your Facebook / Kingdom Account and then Can click on Play Button now.
