In the meantime, updating the latest version of this game will helping you to solve this issue problem. Here’s how you can doing that :

On an Apple Device :

1. Open the App Store App.
2. Tap the Updates Button in the lower-right corner.
3. Find the list of apps with available updates.
4. Tap Update next to Diamond Diaries Saga.

On an Android Device :

1. Open the Google Play Store App.
2. Tap the Profile Icon at the top right.
3. Tap the Manage Apps & Device. Apps with an update available will be labeled "Update Available".
4. Tap Update next to Diamond Diaries Saga.

Oh dear! We are really so sorry to hear about you still cannot playing the next new levels [From Level 5841 to 5945] in this game right now. We understand how frustrating it can be to be set back after all the effort you've put into reaching level 5840. 😢

Unfortunately, I've experienced something similar myself when the game crashed and it can definitely be discouraging. 😔

To help you can playing the next new levels [From Level 5841 to 5945] available soon, you can try following these few steps here! ⬇️😊

Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.

Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.

Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

Clear Cache :

🤖 Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache

🍏 iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your boosters and lives from the game, so please do not doing this unless absolutely necessary.
