Hi and welcome to the Diamond Diaries Community!

Thanks for coming and don't be shy, this is your home! We are a group of players helping each others make the most out of the game. We are happy to have you here and, once again, welcome to our vibrant Community. You'll help us make this place SASSY

In case you're wondering what this is about, how to behave and where to find the information you're looking for, you're in the right place! You will find below a few useful tips and tricks as well as a lot of information about the Community and the Forums below.

Now a little about us

I am QueenMia and just like cats, I enjoy laying in the sun, eat, be adventurous, travel and simply enjoy life. I'm in charge of the Diamond Diaries Community and I'm here to make sure everyone enjoys the ride. You'll see me around sharing news, taking part in conversations and throwing some sweet gifts from time to time.

You might also see Xarly, Cezdiamond and Mark Hawk around. Those guys are with me and will jump in whenever it's needed.

We also have great Super Stars kindly helping out - There is JustPlaying, Lynette, Chicken Slayer, Elsa and Laura. You'll recognise them by the 3 stars on their profile. They're the sweetest, please be nice to them and they'll go the extra mile to help you out

Go to your profile and hover the mouse on your avatar. You will then be able to click "Change picture" and choose or upload an avatar.

- Post on the Community

There are 3 kinds of threads you can create: Discussion, Poll and Question.

Discussion
Start a discussion for any subject you would like to chat about with other members - Remember to check if someone else already opened a discussion on the same topic before starting yours.

Poll
If you are curious to see what other members think, you can create New Poll which means ask a question an offer multiple answers. You'll basically run a survey!

Question
And you can also Ask a Question if you need help with anything and need answers.

To create a new post, select your category and click on New Discussion on the right corner.

- Report a post

Simply click on Flag below the comment you judge inappropriate, then on Report.

You will then be asked the reason for reporting and a notification will be sent to our Team to check. Note that you will not receive any answer from us regarding our decision to take action or not.

Earning Stars and Badges (and becoming a King Legend )

Stars represent your rank in the Community. The more points you get, the more stars you collect, the higher you rank!

- How to get points?

Other Community members can react to your posts, with a "Insightful", a "Sweet" or a "Hehe" - The more of these your posts receive, the higher your points will be.

Additional points are also awarded if your posts are promoted by one of moderators or forum administrators. Promoted posts are listed in the “Best of” section of the forums.

Another way is to answer questions posted by other members. If the person asking the question accepts your answer, you'll get points plus the sweet satisfaction to have helped someone

You also gain forum points by earning badges.

- What are the Badges and how to earn them?

Each badge is like a bubblific reward for achieving an action. Complete all the steps to collect all the badges!
You also gain points by earning them, which will help you climb to the top of the leaderboard.

One colour for each level - Green for level 1, Yellow for level 2, then Orange for level 3, Pink for level 4 and Silver is reserved for the real experts!

- What are the points needed for each level or how to become a King Legend?

You are awarded stars for earning forum points.

✭ You start with one star as a New Bee.

✭✭ Get two stars at 30 points and 10 posts - You are then a classmate.

✭✭✭ Get three stars at 100 points and 50 posts - You are one of our Buddies now!

✭✭✭✭ Get four stars at 250 points and 200 posts - Come here you, Bestie, and because of that, you now get the option to update your signature! Isn't that great?

✭✭✭✭✭ Get five stars at 500 points and 500 posts - A real Partner in crime. And for everyone to see you're part of the family, you get the Candy Friend Expert badge. Wow!

Reach 1000 points and make 1000 posts and become a KING LEGEND!

These stars appear on your forum profile and at the top of each of your posts.

And you thought that was it? No.

Become a Sweet Legend with 10 000 comments and points, then a Royal Legend with 25 000 comments and points and finally... an ULTIMATE LEGEND by reaching 50 000 points and making 50 000 comments!

Who will be our first Ultimate Legend?! Now go and enjoy your time here and remember, the more helpful and informative your posts, the more stars you will have

Welcome to the Diamond Diaries Community!

You are now one of us and this is your house. And just like in any house, there are some rules to be followed in order for us all to live happily together

Feel free to introduce yourself to the community if you haven’t yet.

We encourage open and friendly discussions here in Diamond Diaries Saga. Super Stars and Community Managers have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the community remains a friendly and fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups. In case of any doubt or question, do not hesitate to contact one of the members of our team.

Be Sweet

After all, we're all sharing the same love for Candy Friends here, so treat others the way you would like to be treated. Our Community is a friendly place, and we want all members to feel free to share their knowledge. We will not allow any behaviour that is disrespectful, threatening or offensive to other members of this community or towards the King staff. Abuse includes foul language threatening or aggressive behavior or language that is deemed offensive. Please be aware that posting in CAPITAL LETTERS could be considered threatening.

Discrimination and hate speech are the quickest way for you to get banned. Discriminatory posts about sex, gender, race, creed, sexuality and religious beliefs will not be tolerated. No trolling! Baiting, insulting and posting controversial content, with the aim of provoking a response, is especially not tolerated. Any content deemed as trolling will also be deleted.

Keep it on topic

Make sure that you post in the right community section. Spam, pointless and meaningless content ruins discussions and we have a zero-tolerance policy for all automated messages, advertisements and threads that contain links to websites that are not related to the game. These will be deleted and repeated behaviour will result in a ban. Irrelevant responses to posts will also be deleted - If you don’t have something meaningful to add to the discussion, don’t reply.

Remember:

Keep it clean

If it isn’t legal, take it elsewhere. Discussion of illegal activities which include but are not limited to: narcotics, illegal sexual content, circumvention of copy protection and piracy are strictly off-limits and will result in a ban from the site. And keep the language clean: Foul language is a no no! Swear words or language that may offend is forbidden. Posts containing any foul language may be edited or removed.

We're not fan of spam! Spam is a pain and can occasionally pose a risk to other members. We define spam as posts which offer unlimited lives, boosters or free Gold Bars or coins, posts which offer products or services unrelated to King e.g. movies, TV shows etc... or malicious links to sites containing Malware. We take spam seriously. Offending posts will be removed immediately and your membership may be ceased.

Search before posting

Have a look around or use the search feature for information on any topic related to the game. Create an account, which will allow you to join in on the community discussions. You most probably will find your topic by using the search feature. Most of the topics in the forums already have lots of information and you’ll receive more feedback if you add your comment or question there instead of creating a new thread.

The rules also includes:

. Duplicate player accounts are prohibited in the community to avoid unfair points and badges being earned with multiple accounts.
. No selling stuff or redirecting our players to other sites
. Keep your personal information out of any public post.

. Don't incite complaints, campaign or lobby.
. Don’t question moderator actions publicly. What we say goes.
. Discussions of politics and religion are not allowed.
. Don’t get around our filters, that’s swearwords and other blocked terms.
. Don’t air interpersonal disputes
. Only English is allowed. Désolée.

Violation of the rules and bans

The Community Team will determine the severity of the infractions and act accordingly. All cases will be handled on an individual basis and sanctions can vary. In exceptional cases, unbans can happen.

We don't like blocking... We understand, mistakes happen. However, those that consistently choose not to follow our house rules and terms and conditions will be blocked. We only block members as a last resort and if deemed necessary.
