Feedback on DiDS☹️

DiDS does not load properly when the game is opened.Sometimes the game gets stuck in such a way that it takes about 3-5 minutes to launch. Again, when entering the map, the send live option is also stuck for a long time. The cross button to remove the send live option takes a long time to arrive or even pressing send live takes a long time to load. I never experienced that problem in any game like Candy Crush, Candy Crush Jelly Saga, Soda Saga, Bubble Witch etc.

I hope the developer team would solve this problem in DiDS as soon as they can.

Unfortunately as I see there is no mostly of the players asking these problems with this game right now. So we decide we cannot fix these problems as soon as possible now. And as you said and mostly of the players don't have any problems on all of King's Games too.

So how about you can try following these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope this helps and it's solved. 😊

I think uninstall and then reinstall steps then must allow the confirmation message to show for the software to register it is the best solve problem that I hope hope this helps and it's solved too.

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook or Kingdom Account connected.
