Issues with the game and Piggy bank

So wen I open the game app the piggy banks immediately pops up & have option to crack open by paying r u can just close it out, but for past week I can’t do either, if hit x to close just pops back up, if I hit pay to crack open just pops up, so I can’t play the game. Omg help

I hope the Piggy Bank is not persisting still but if it is, could you let me know which is the platform you're playing on? (Android, Apple, Facebook..)

If you're playing on Facebook and you're still having trouble with it, could you look up your Facebook ID which you can find from under your game, just click on "Find my ID".
