The game stick at the bottom even after clearing all the bottles. I have captured the screens. But now sure how to upload them with my question...

    Thanks a lot for the screenshot, Julie! 

    Have you been able to pass the level in the end or? Make sure you have the latest game version and clear cache and cookies and restart the game, that should help (make sure to do it every now and then to avoid that kind of issue).

    If that does not solve the problem, please let me know what kind of device you're playing on and I'll check that with the Studio.

    Hello Mia, I haven’t passed this level yet. The issue is intermitten and does not happen all the time. I’m playing with the latest Diamond Diaries iOS version and my iOS is 11.4.1.

    Hello Julie, thanks a lot for the extra info - I've tried to play the level and I could not replicate the issue - I'll check with the Studio for you. 

    Would you be able to give me your Game Id for this? To find it:

    - Open the game App.

    - Tap on the left bottom corner and click on the orange icon.

    - DOUBLE TAP on the King logo on the top of the pop up and you will see the ID.

    Have you guys made sure that you have the latest game app version? I wasn't able to reproduce issues with the bottles now.
