So please don't forget to update the latest version (Android - 1.85.0.0 / Apple - 1.85.0.0) of this game first then make sure use the stable internet connection and reopen playing this game again then we hope you will seeing these levels have been fixed and become easier now! 👍😄
I check playing this level again then I see 5 extra moves added only but another blockers are still unchanged. I did completed this level easily with my 1st try while without using boosters and extra moves possible now! 👇😄

I finally passed level 4998 (had to use 10 extra moves, 20 definitely not enough) and made it to 5000 very easily after that.

I agree 4998 is impossible to pass without using every booster and hammers you may have. Rediculous

Don't worry! To help you get back to your current level, you can try following these steps here! ⬇️😊
Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :
🤖 Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so please do not doing this unless absolutely necessary.
