After collecting all diamond in top portion, the diamond falls but the game will not move down to collect the rest of the diamonds.

We check playing this level again, this level has been still no problem for us mostly right now. 👌😊
You make sure hit all of charm boxes, dolls and blockers and collect all of the diamonds first. Then the diamond will be dropped down while the game will be moved down to the necklace, also charm boxes, blockers and the key remaining possible. 🤞💎😊
So we hope you can try again to challenge playing and passing this level as soon as possible! 🤞😊
Anyway, Level 5022 and 5028 have been still reported to Diamond Diaries Saga Studio Team right now as these two levels are another impossible due to not very enough moves and too many blockers there. Please be more patience waiting for these two levels will be tweaked easier very later again. Thanks once again! 🙏🤗
