yes, I have too . The diamond stuck at the bottom on the top portion.. and could not move down.

We check playing this level again, this level has been still no problem for us mostly right now. 👌😊
To help you fix this level problem, you can try following these steps here 👇😊
Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :
🤖 Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so please do not do this unless absolutely necessary.

Pourquoi cest toujours si long avant que vous corrigiez un tableau qui est impossible à faire, on doit réessayer réesayer et le pire pour récolter un diamant sans réussir le tableau. J espère quil va être ajusté avant Noël

Hello.i have the same problem.i did all you said ,emptied cache,memory,restarted phone..nothing worked.and i cant reinstall the app coz i have 73 hammers and 3 powerful ones.☹

You make sure hit all of charm boxes, dolls and blockers and collect all of the diamonds on the first and half of second stages first. Then the diamond will be dropped down while the game will be moved down to the necklace, also charm boxes, blockers and the key remaining on the second stage possible. 🤞💎😊

You try following another steps here! 👇😉
1. Open this game and Click on Play button.
2. Click on three horizontal lines' button.
3. Click on ❓ button.
4. Tap on the search bar “How can we help?” and type in “Thanks”, then press enter.
5. Select the article “Thanks for reaching out!”
6. Scroll down to the end of it and tap on "Contact us".
7. Enter a valid email address, then tell them for this level problem and also your mobile model about your query in the text box.

Anyway, Level 5022 and 5028 have been still reported to Diamond Diaries Saga Studio Team so early already as these two levels are another impossible due to not very enough moves and too many blockers there. But that's unfortunately as Diamond Diaries Saga Studio Team are still not going to tweak these levels easier due to still short winter breaks. So they will be back to check and tweak these levels easier on the second week of January 2025. So we hope you can understanding our notes!
