I am on level 4383 and I am not getting credit for goals so I can get gold bars. It stopped accumulating suddenly. Anyone else having this issue

We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it has caused. 💔
The Studio has carefully reviewed the issue with diamonds not being credited and, after further investigation, has decided to temporarily disable the feature. Fixing this bug properly will require more time and a deeper investigation to ensure it’s properly resolved.
We know this isn’t the outcome anyone was hoping for, and we sincerely apologize that we weren’t able to fix it more quickly. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have more news to share. 💎

No one is listening to us. Same thing happened to me, I have emailed and been told it is a event and they can remove it and not reinstall it, they are totally money hungry thieves
the same thing happened to me on my mobile and tablet and I have been trying to have it fixed for over a week, but was told it was a feature and it would not be reinstalled??? I was gob smacked and have been emailing them back BUT They keep treating like an idiot.

Just a quick update : The diamond's goals are missing problem has been reported flagged and passed on to the team already. Unfortunately, we don’t have a timeline for when they’ll be fixed but the team will reviewing this problem as soon as they can. 😊

my diamond collection box has disappeared and I can’t collect anymore diamonds, I’ve been forced to buy gold bars. I was told it was a feature and if I want gold bars I have to pay for them?? Does anyone else now have this problem? And are King Games forcing us to pay for extra moves etc NOW I can’t believe after years of playing and spending money, they are trying to force me into spending more money than I can afford.

I’m having the same issue. I knew something wasn’t right then today I realized I wasn’t getting credit for the diamonds . I’m on level 5422.

Diamond Diaries geeft geen diamanten meer. Dit is al 10 ronde's zo. Baal hier echt van want kan geen hamers kopen zo :-(
Krijg helemaal geen diamanten meer met diamond diaries saga
Zit ondertussen op level 5418
Diamond Diaries werkt niet goed meer. Heb vanaf spel 5409 tot 5418 gespeeld, maar krijg geen diamanten meer. Baal hier erg van, omdat ik zo geen hamers meer kan kopen. :-(
