I am on level 4383 and I am not getting credit for goals so I can get gold bars. It stopped accumulating suddenly. Anyone else having this issue

We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it has caused. 💔
The Studio has carefully reviewed the issue with diamonds not being credited and, after further investigation, has decided to temporarily disable the feature. Fixing this bug properly will require more time and a deeper investigation to ensure it’s properly resolved.
We know this isn’t the outcome anyone was hoping for, and we sincerely apologize that we weren’t able to fix it more quickly. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have more news to share. 💎

like a lot of other people I'm getting fed up of not having the diamonds counted. I thought this was the whole point of the game. I haven't played for a few weeks now although I do send games to others every day.

While the diamond box issue—which prevents players from exchanging diamonds for gold—remains unresolved, I would like to offer a suggestion. During this time, please consider providing alternative ways for players to earn gold as a form of reward. This would help keep players engaged, motivated, and feeling that their efforts are still meaningful.
Such an approach would maintain the fun and challenge of the game while reinforcing the loyalty and love we have for Diamond Diaries Saga. I believe it will encourage many of us to continue playing and supporting the game long into the future.
