After a game update today, there is now a gift box with a timer underneath the Traders Chest. Does anyone know what that is?

I come bearing some news regarding the issue with the gift box timer which now prevents you from opening it.
I would like to assure you that team has been made aware about the ongoing issue but worry not as they are already investigating it. We thank you in advance for you patience and as soon as we have any updates, we will let you know.

Yes! You're right! We see the gift box has been appeared but the gift box cannot be still opened while the gift box timer still got stucked after we update the latest version of this game! โ ๏ธ๐๐

Does anyone know what the pink and white bouncing present is ? It shows 21 hours remaing but ????? And a 0 in the present, and I can't find any information about it. But it's frustrating with it just sitting there just just bouncing away
