After a game update today, there is now a gift box with a timer underneath the Traders Chest. Does anyone know what that is?

I come bearing some news regarding the issue with the gift box timer which now prevents you from opening it.
I would like to assure you that team has been made aware about the ongoing issue but worry not as they are already investigating it. We thank you in advance for you patience and as soon as we have any updates, we will let you know.

We are really still so sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your diamonds not being counted right now! βππ
We still understand how frustrating this situation has been, and weβre truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it has caused. ππ
The Studio has carefully reviewed the issue with diamonds not being credited and, after further investigation, has decided to temporarily disable the feature. Fixing this bug properly will require more time and a deeper investigation to ensure itβs properly resolved.
We know this isnβt the outcome anyone was hoping for, and we sincerely apologize that we werenβt able to fix it more quickly.

This must have been a very annoying issue for those who got the gift box π
For days now I see a gift box in the lower right hand corner with the countdown timer NOT counting down - very frustrating!
