5. Click on any Related Topic.
6. Scroll down to the end of it and Tap on "Chat With Us".
7. You ask your latest new levels haven't still not been released yet after you did updating the latest version of this game and following all of these steps already, also ask what's your mobile device are you still playing this game and also send your Game ID [How to find your Game ID HERE] then you send your message to Kingsley.

Don't worry! To help you can reaching and playing on next new levels in this game, you can try following these steps here! ⬇️😊
Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :
🤖 Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so please do not doing this unless absolutely necessary.

Have done all above on 3 occasions and I still don't have the next Levels to play. My app is up-to-date.
And my game it up to date
I've cleared the Cache, for editing close the app and restarted my phone and it still the same. It is not moving moving ro the next levels
Today is Wednesday January 28th and I don't have that levels as yet. I am currently stuck on level 5855 waiting for the new ones which I usually get on Tuesday evening and I checked today and still hasn't updated with the new levels.
