Loss of synchronization

I have Diamond Diaries on my iPhone and iPad and they’re synced together. My iPad is OK and I’m currently on level 5929.
when playing on my iPhone yesterday my game stopped abruptly and I was returned to level 5915. I had obviously completed that level before and now I’m stuck there. It won’t even move to 5916.
How can I get my phone back to 5929 and to sync with my iPad again?

(I rebooted my phone but it didn’t help.)

Unfortunately, I've experienced something similar myself when the game crashed, and it can definitely be discouraging. 😔

You try following these another steps of how to contact Player Support in this game here! ⬇️😊

1. Open this game and Click on Play button.

2. Click on three horizontal lines' button.

3. Click on ❓ button.

4. Tap on the search bar “How can we help?” and Type in “Thanks”, then Press Enter.

5. Click on any Related Topic.

6. Scroll down to the end of it and Tap on "Chat With Us".

7. You ask your level progress still cannot be synced on your both devices possible and also level progress issue after you did updating the latest version of this game and following all of these steps already, also ask what's your both devices are you still playing this game and also send your Game ID [How to find your Game ID HERE] then you send your message to Kingsley.

I’ve tried everything you mentioned but no luck solving the sync or freeze problems. I’ve given up on having my 2 devices synced anymore.
The freeze problem is worse. I should be at 5929 but was kicked back to 5915 (which I completed) and am stuck there. Can’t get to 5916. Again, I’ve tried everything. If it can’t be fixed I’ll need to delete the game which I don’t want to do. Starting again at level 1 is out of the question. HELP!!

Unfortunately, I've experienced something similar myself when the game crashed and it can definitely be discouraging. 😔

To help you can playing the next new levels [From Level 5916 to 5960] available soon, you can try following these few steps here! ⬇️😊

Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.

Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.

Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

Clear Cache :

🤖 Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache

🍏 iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your boosters and lives from the game, so please do not doing this unless absolutely necessary.
