Game won’t load

My game is not loading on iPad. I have deleted reinstalled and disconnected from King account. As soon as I sign back in it starts to load and then stops. Any help appreciated.

To know if your iPad supports our game, can I have the following details?
Model and iOS of your device.

To find this, follow these steps: Settings > General > About > Make a note of the “model” and the “version”

I am using an iPad mini but this game previously worked on this device. Seems to be an issue since the last update.
