Hi @CindyRosie Welcome to our community. You might want to try to clearing up your cache and browse, also make sure to keep updating your app and device to the latest version. Force close your device for at least 10 second ( but not reinstalling your game, because you will loose all your boosters if there’s any ) Last but not least make sure to link your game to either Facebook or King account to save your progress.
