The problem is fixed, opened the app this morning, initially it crashed so I closed app then reopened it and the issue has gone.

Hi, thanks for a quick reply, unfortunately nothing on that page has an answer, it looks as though there is a wider issue with the game after reading that, I've tried everything you can do from clearing cache to rebooting devices etc etc but the glitch is still there.
