The whole game has frozen
Trying to play but the game keeps freezing, if I log out/in it let's me play once then freezes again, playing on android via tablet and 4 phones but the issue is there on each device, if I log out and start back at level 1 it's ok but as soon as I log in I can only play once (if I'm lucky) then it freezes, the screen goes dark and unresponsive to touch, currently on level 16603, I don't want to uninstall/ reinstall as I'll lose everything, it has to be a glitch at your end as I have the issue on 5 different devices.

Hi, thanks for a quick reply, unfortunately nothing on that page has an answer, it looks as though there is a wider issue with the game after reading that, I've tried everything you can do from clearing cache to rebooting devices etc etc but the glitch is still there.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the "Grey screen" in your game!
Yes, it is not you or your devices, but the game itself! I am aware that, this issue in your game is not with Treasure Hunt feature. Unfortunately, nobody knows the reason behind this glitch! When the Studio investigates on their side, they are not able to find any issue!!
We did receive few complaints about this! But, the glitch gets resolved on it's own without doing anything by the player! For some players, it took a day or 2. And, for some players, it took a week (max)!
How long have you been experiencing this glitch? Hopefully, it will be resolved soon in your game also!
But, I would recommend you to send a complaint to King Player Support team following below steps⬇️ so that, they can record it in their system.
- Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the bottom left corner of game Home screen;
- Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
- Scroll down to "Technical & Connection issues" and click on it;
- Click on "Why is my game is crashing/Freezing";
- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
- Fill the form and submit your complaint.
NOTE: Please do not reinstall your game, as it will not resolve the issue.

The problem is fixed, opened the app this morning, initially it crashed so I closed app then reopened it and the issue has gone.
