Hello Kathy, There is no issue with the level, this is something that has been looked at. It could be that you don't remove the licorice lock from the evil spawners quickly enough to make them spawn all the frosting that is needed. Give this a try the next time you play the level. Hello, The keys are located on the map in the levels in front of you. So all you need to do is play through the levels until you reach these keys, then the chests will unlock. I hope this information helps. Johnny
