Hello, Thank you for your post. It sounds like you only need to go into the app and reconnect to the relevant Kingdom account and your progress will return. To reconnect to Kingdom. Go to the game settings (bottom left) and tap the orange Kingdom icon. Here you can input your credentials. I hope this information helps.…

Hello Tauna, I saw another played stated that if they went into their lives then back out and in again, this refreshed the counter.
