Did you fill out the form? They are the only ones who can help with lost levels.. we do not have access here . Try telling them you did not sync your progress so they were not saved.

Hi Lisa, Keep hitting the buckets to spill water to the side to remove the flowers. Work at the bottom so auto matches are made above. Try leaving the water in the main area so it has less places to fill and is more likely to go to the right. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KxIFVG5bX7s
