Thanks for sharing! Unfortunately, I cannot find any crashes for that playerID :( Could you verify that the ID was correctly copied here? When you say that the "game shuts down", you do mean that the entire game closed and that you need to start the Soda app again, right?

Hi! It sounds like your game is crashing, which is annoying for sure. Like simplyP said: Updating your game version can definitely help. If you are on the latest game version and it is still crashes, then please send us your playerID (see here how to get that) so we can find out why you are crashing. Thanks!
