Hello! Firstly have you tried the recommended troubleshooting for the windows app you can find HERE? If that hasn't worked, can you tell me when you are getting the error message, what are you trying to do?

Hi Lilly, I see we were waiting for your device and iOS version I think? Is it giving you any error message? I know the team wanted a screenshot but I am not sure if you can do that on level 1.

On the windows app? Have you tried "repairing " the app?
