I'm stuck at level 291, have been for over a week. The level only drops cherries and nuts every 10 move and you get a total of 30 moves..so it's impossible to win if you don't resort to spend money on it. Which I think is funny because the game is supposed to be free to play, but alas they dont give you a choice for…

So did I, and also got a generic response, they told me to check out videos abt The level but of course, I do that before I go ahead and actually write an e-mail. And The videos are about The old level. Hopefully they fix this soon

Any progress on that? I have the same issue and can't get pass that level. It really is impossible even if you have boosters. It is geting very frustrating because it is obviuos that you are supposed to use a good amount of money to get passed the level
