Unfortunately they made this change for everyone a few months ago. I think they must have thought some people had too many.

I personally have never had advertisements for extra move. Not everyone gets it all of the time - some people never get it at all!

It sounds like your app is not properly connecting to the internet. See if you are able to sign out of your account and back into it within the app :)
