It sounds like your app is not properly connecting to the internet. Are you able to try signing out of your account within the app and signing back into it?

Hmm, which rewards were you supposed to get that you missed? Not all rewards can be used every level.

I think the max level is currently around 13,100, actually. At least that the level that I'm at.

It looks like they may have made a permanent change to the music! I personally dislike all of it so I always have my sound off, haha.
