These levels change so much until sometimes the advice is nit useful because the board has changed.
@iamtamih the portals are normal on this one so you don't have to worry which part is up or down. The candies drop from the top to the middle and then to the bottom. Focus on creating special candies on the middle of the board to take out the rest of them.

Level 2309. First break jellies as many as you can. Mystery candies will fall from candy cannon, break them it will give you special candies. Then combine special candies to break more jellies and chocolates. Then break remaining jellies to complete the level.

Unable to purchase
