Hi there, on the rare occasion my game crashes too and unfortunately I have to restart the level, as well. This is a rare event though, so if you find it is happening often, there may be an issue with your PC rather than Candy Crush.

You could try refreshing your quest by going to the next one, and see if that helps :)

I think ads are also removed permanently if you have ever spent any money in the store.

Boosters are earned through playing the game or purchase, are you doing either of these?
