I fully agree with your message @christinewupp, but I have to say that making a different last move would win this board.

This is a bug @Me . When you decide to claim another reward, you'll have to go through the same 'restart the game, play a level' routine. The issue is not new, but it keeps coming back and is unlikely to be fixed any time soon.

You can also try restarting the game and then clicking on the padlocks. If it doesn't work, restart the game, play one level and then click on the padlocks. If nothing works, you will have to reach out to Player Support, I'm afraid @Me .

Happened to me too this week, and I only use one device per account. The issue is actually old, even though it hasn't happened to me for quite some time. I found the same thing as you did, that the selection of tasks for the next chocolate is completely different the second time around.

Have you tried clicking on the padlocks? This is a known issue, and chances are that you will be able to claim the reward despite it appearing locked by clicking on the padlock.

This means using any in-level booster (not just a hammer or a switch hand). Timed in-level boosters are counted. The UFO that's included in the extra moves offer after failing a level won't be counted, though.

Now you should be able to access the thread through your comment list, @Nobody1 . You can also do it through the tag notification or through the profile of the last commenter. Browsing the forum became a quest in itself.

Now it says 5 lives ad I get only 1. That is correct, you are given ONE extra life and a challenge to win on that attempt, @mteach. You get five lives IF you win on that attempt. If you lose, you get no lives, only timed boosters.
