Prize Palooza is a tournament that has two rounds. Qualifier: Friday 7 November, 9:00 Final: Tuesday 11 November, 9:00 The round that started on November 7 was the Qualifier. To get the gold you will have to win the Final that started today, November 11.

I agree with you on this, and I don't know why the developers set it up in such an odd way. This could even be a bug, but if so, it is unlikely to be fixed, especially since your use case is rare. Most players on higher levels prefer to use old levels for every task that allows it.

Each one of the four Chocolate Boxes is set up differently. The first box counts everything. The second (Bronze) box counts old levels that you win. Are you winning new levels? I'm sorry for asking so many questions, but this is the first time I encounter such a weird case.

That's surprising. In my game, tasks to collect wraps, stripes, and color bombs can be completed on old levels, even though tasks to collect colors cannot. Can you please check if winning an old level works for this task in your game?

Just to clarify, are you playing old or new levels to fill the box @Maria__Bailey ? The Chocolate Box has been changed recently, so you can no longer use old levels to collect colors for the Silver and Gold boxes. Or is your box stuck with a 0/0 counter? A screenshot would be helpful.

I don't think so, but even if true, the second explosion of the purple wrap or fish would do the trick. This was a lucky board, and it had three winning moves to choose from, and one spectacular but wrong move to trick the player. Pretty cruel.

A fix is scheduled to go live with the next server update early next week. QueenB said that the fix would be implemented on the server, and probably they have already done that. Looks like everything is in order, guys.

Matching either the three greens (including the wrap) horizontally or the four purples (including the purple wrap) vertically would create a match hitting that frosting in the corner, and the green wrap explosions would hit it two more times. I agree that your arguments are valid regardless.
