Clearing cache: it worked well for the first play. But during the second play the problem occured again Reinstalling: it worked well for the first play. I cleared the level in this play, so I'm not sure if it would work for subsequent plays.

I finally used special items to pass this level, so I'm not sure if this issue is resolved...

What do you mean by 'grow'? If the two balls fall out from the snowfield in one move, then there will be four in the next move, but it's not 'growing' - I just have four to break in two moves (ave. two in one move).
