Hi Diamond Lim, I reinstall the game and now it's even worse. I've lost my levels and I am back at 5540 when I was on level 5915 waiting for the next few levels. Is there anything that can be done.

Still can't get the new levels. Still stuck on level 5915. Very annoying and not happy. Support Team haven't even reached out to help. Previously they were very good and was able to get my games back. Guess will just have to wait and see when when the app update is as I am not willing to lose all my boosters if I reinstall…

There seems to be something wrong with your app. As I can see feom reading of few comments that others are having the same issue as I am. Hi Diamond Lim, it's Wednesday and I still don't have the new levels. I am still stuck on level 5915, I was playing level 5919 when the game crashed snd reverted back to level 5915.

None of these suggestions are helpful. Even the support team are not helpful. I have tried all your suggestions with no success. As much as I love this game I am about to uninstall it for good as none of you can fix the issues I am experiencing.

I am not willing to reinstall the games as I will lose all my stuff. Is there anything else thay ypur support people can do .

I still cant get the next levels. I have done everything ftom what was sent to me and still nothing. I even when to theatre chat section and I haven't heard anything from support. All they sent was an email regarding resources. I dont need resources I need someone to get me the new levels.

Have done all above on 3 occasions and I still don't have the next Levels to play. My app is up-to-date.
