In my game, there is a symbol in a circle on the upper left. If you click on it, it says something like "Elite Challenge". But the easier way to know is just that the reward is 40 gold bars.

This looks to be the same as the old level 10913. Here is a video that matches with no boosters. Interesting. My 40 spark chest gives a color bomb, a striped brush, a timed wrapped candy, a timed fish, and 6 sparks. My 20 spark chest gives the timed fish and coconut wheel, the 4 sparks, and a wrapped candy.

Okay. For me that one is level 18235. I am afraid you are right. This one is practically impossible without boosters or gold bars.
