The levels have been moved around by King, but most of them are in the same episode as before. So look at youtube videos for the other levels within the same episode (group of 15 levels) as the one you are looking for. It will probably be one of those.

The Daily Stamps item seems to only show up in the Events tab until you complete your stamp for the day. Then it seems to go away until the next day. Mine has done that and come back the next day, keeping the credit for the stamps of the previous day. See if it returns at end of day.
