Wow! WTG on all that Gold @VjSerginho Right now there are over 16,000 levels in Candy Crush Saga. Have you made sure you've updated all the latest versions? Have you cleared your cache? To be stuck at level 10,200 doesn't seem right. I'm thinking you need to update. Good luck!

@Rabea79 I want to explain this right. You can always save your progress when you hit your Candy Crush Icon. But that doesn't mean it'll take you back to level 1. All that means you can play on another device under your same login. If you're wanting to start over from Level 1, you are going to have to create a new log in…

@Colleen12 🤔 I so understand your issue. When I get to the Silver/Gold Boxes, and go to change, more times than not, it gives me the previous selection.
