@Chasti39 I'm not sure, but I don't think you start receiving the Episode Race until later on. That Race can earn you 25+ Gold Bars depending on your win streak.
You should do well being as you're just starting out. Just don't squander the gold or the boosters on these early levels! You'll need them later! Trust me.😸

Greetings @Chasti39! You can earn gold bars within the Candy Crush game, by playing the Chocolate Box, today there is a side game of Gold Rush in my game today. There are other side games at times too. We do not all get the same side games or events in our game.
Try joining in some of the community contests and you can win gold bars also.
