queen B...the kohls ad has been gone for several days and I was playing fine...then it showed back up again a couple days ago with the same result. Top of screen is dead and no way to earn reward. Had several new ads show up today all worked fine!! then I got the stinker kohls ad and that black screen several times.

The kohls ad shows up many times during my time playing. Sometimes 10 or more times right in a row.

Yes other ads work properly, I can watch them and get credit or gold bars as usual.

I did clear the cache and restarted my phone. Thanks for the suggestion but that did not help… I am using a Motorola Play , I recently purchased it because my Samsung Note 9 was having this issue and I thought it was that phone, thus the need to buy a new phone.
