You can contact King via the app so they get your ID number and info to help you, I was having the same problem. Take a screenshot of your boosters so if they can be restored you'll get them. You'll probably have to reinstall the app/s. This was happening on CCS and CCFS for me and that's what i had to do in the end. If so…

Just boosters, gold and last saved level are good. I'm on level 6433 and it's very irritating. Let's keep our fingers crossed they find a fix soon!

If this is something King did and can't fix and we are being forced to reinstall the app then some free boosters wouldn't be so bad...
