The way it goes now is that, only if you have less than 5 lives and somebody has sent you some lives, the envelope icon will appear. If you have all your lives, or there are no lives being sent your way at the moment, you won't be able to see…
  • Hi Catalina, I'm sorry for this issue. We have reported it to the studio and they are actively working on it. In the meanwhile, we have found out that playing in incognito mode is indeed working for other players so feel free to use that workaround in the meanwhile. Again, apologies for the issues!
