  • 4997 keeps crashing for me too. I have the latest Android OS & game version 1.88.0.0. I've open a service ticket about this bug. Haven't heard back except for email with links to support FAQs. Hopefully there will be an update to fix this bug, otherwise I can't proceed further in the app.

  • Tried all of the steps except uninstall & reinstall but still not fixed. Using version 1.87.0.0. I guess if I want to keep playing I'll have to try the uninstall.

  • I have the updated version but this level is still not working. The chains on the second screen still do not appear. (March 2025)
