You are playing the game on iPad and/or iPhone, correct? I.e. not on Android. If so, try passing the level on a spare Android phone/tablet. Use your Facebook account for this. Then if it works, move back to original iPhone/iPad device. Please tell me how it goes.

Great! Thanks for the very quick follow up. Please tell me how it goes. Maybe I was looking at iOS app? Anyway, if iOS/iPadOS version of the game has this, I believe Android version of the game should too. :)
