I fixed my problem by removing my Google account from my device. I had a business account linked which has restrictions, and that was blocking access to anything regarding purchase, including the store. With that account removed under settings, I can now get to bonuses and the store. When I'm not playing I add it back to…

User ID 10672441895 Months of "contacting store" at this point. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, logged in, lost all my progress and started over. I still can't use my gold or even look at the store.
