There used to be a way to send life bulk. When we still have the score ranking on each level, we can send life to all those who had past that level. Now we don't even have the score ranking any more. However, when you are out of life, you can request life from all the friends. I think that's a bad idea.

Click on the "FRIENDS" tab, then "Add" and "Invite". The following is the instructions for a Desktop Browser version:

You need to post your friend link for other players to accept you as a friend in the first place. Then you can request for life from the FRIENDS tab. After you clicked "Request life", I suggest that you also click the "Send life".

This is from a desktop browser. It's more or less the same on mobile devices. However, this function is still working on MS Windows App. I wonder why.

I am curious. Did you play from level 1 to 18340 on the same device without a Facebook account or a King account? If you were playing with a Facebook account and now trying to save your progress with a King account, then it may be the same case as what has happened to me few years ago. I do like the fish forming by itself in some non-fish levels. However, I must agree that the fish is not very smart after all. Example 1: I know there is a better move in this case.
