I just finished playing episodes from level 9771 to 9785, but the Episode Race event didn't appear, and I didn't receive the 35 gold bars I was supposed to win for my long-held win streak of 187. I don't want to lose these rewards. Is there a chance I can get my gold bars credited? Thank you.

Can you explain to me why, if the level is not playable from the beginning, I lost my entire win streak? In these cases, the level should not be considered as not passed but impossible to play without losing the win streak 😡
