Can you explain to me why, if the level is not playable from the beginning, I lost my entire win streak? In these cases, the level should not be considered as not passed but impossible to play without losing the win streak π‘
You still lose your win streak if you force close the app. It registers as having failed the level all the same.

Which device are you play ?, Please force close the Apps and Log in again
I suspect it's one of those levels designed to block a win streak and that the starting boosters or win streak boosters got in the way. It's happened to so many players and is really infuriating!
Try to replay the level with no boosters. There probably is one set way to start on this game board and boosters stop this sequence from happening. There are a few levels like this and nothing seems to ever get done about them, they just seem to be left in there to trip people up.....
I play with mobile phone.
The next time I'll try to force close App and don't replay the level and lose the winn streak.

I agree with you that what happened is frustrating and that it is not accidental.Β πThe boosters of the win streak in this case penalized me but as you know you can't rule it out at the beginning of the level. I hope this issue will be resolved in the future. I replayed the level without boosters and passed it on the first tryπ

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingβ¦
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone elseβs games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
