I can't re-set my farm heroes password - email never received

I have requested a link to reset my password but each time it says the email has been sent, no email has been received.

Hey Queenie, this has happened to me as well. Check the spam folder of your email, the email might have been automatically redirected there. If not, try also to use another browser and request the link again. This worked for me.
