We were just sent an automated reply saying to check the forums and it would be the only reply. There are multiple bugs with Farm Heroes. People are losing bought boosters. Beans. Gold. Levels are being passed but not recorded, yet if they used boosters to pass a level, the booster has gone but the level has rolled back. If the system can record they used a booster it can record the fact they passed. The levels are getting too hard. Die hard players are struggling and on top of that when the above glitches happen, they have lost money too so are quitting. Its not fun anymore.
If you have an email address to contact, when people are losing money, the least you can do is read and reply yourselves surely?

All the above, but if you email teccy help because its eating boosters you have not used, and its more than one player, the game has issues
Incidently, I did have one reply to an email recently, that asked me to check which level I was on. Apparently Episode 52 hasn't been released. Lol.

I agree with your question! Money lost Is not a joke! They need a better way to contact them direct because a forum will not refund anything!
